It's not how far or how close you come to the target. If you don't hit it, you have sinned. Now, I think that there's a difference between knowing when you're sinning and <i>not</i>... different people are convicted about different things, and depending on where you're at and what God has shown you, you could be unintentionally committing sin. However, since learning that all it takes to be in sin is to miss the mark, I no longer believe that there are "greater" or "smaller" sins, except denying God.
